Fee Statement

At Inspire Mortgages we believe everyone should have access to clear, expert mortgage advice without upfront costs. That’s why we offer free initial consultations, helping you understand your individual position and explore the best options available to you.

Our consultancy-based approach ensures you receive the best possible value. Once your property is secured and you are ready to proceed with your mortgage, our typical fee is up to £495. The only time this fee increases is if there are specialist or complicated requirements with your mortgage application, ensuring transparency and peace of mind throughout the process.
